Your Face Is Not Compatible In Mass Effect 3
It seems there are a few troubles when trying to import the physical characteristics of a Shepard created in Mass Effect 1 imported over to Mass Effect 2 and then imported into Mass Effect 3. Obviously, this problem only affects XBox 360 owners since the first Mass Effect was not released on PS3.
Chris Priestly of BioWare commented on their forums about the issue and BioWare is currently working on a fix for you 360 owners out there who are having trouble. This hasn’t impacted all users, so if you’ve been unaffected, congrats!
It’s very easy to tell if your face from ME1 is incompatible. When you try to import a save, you’ll get to a character creation screen that will load up a generic Shepard. Currently, you can only wait out the problem or just create a new-looking Shepard. There’s no estimate as of yet on how long this fix will take to implement.

noooo sucks for meeee

eh i’ll just redo her face. I can’t play until next week anyway v_v

According to ABC Today, EA will be launching a few ME3 games into space.
They are planned to come back to Earth sometime before March 6th, ME3’s release date. They can be tracked on the Mass Effect website, and anyone who finds one will be able to play the game before they even hit retailers.

BioWare Confirms, Details Multiplayer Co-Op for Mass Effect 3
Earlier today, Casey Hudson confirmed via Twitter that Mass Effect 3 will feature four player co-op multiplayer missions. More details were revealed by BioWare’s Chris Priestly on the official Mass Effect forums. Also confirmed was a campaign bonus known as “Mass Effect 3: Galaxy At War”.
BioWare states that there is no “versus” multiplayer, only co-op and it lets players “choose from a variety of classes and races, form an elite Special Forces squad, and combine their weapons, powers and abilities to devastating effect as they fight together to liberate key territories from enemy control.”
